    Hey.  Lorcan here.

Are you confused yet?  Most would be.  Instead of being all artistic and metaphor-y like Raven, I'm just going to lay down the basic, hard truth. 

    Here goes.

• We're not humans, we're genetic hybrids.  Before we were born, our DNA was bonded with small amounts of bird DNA.
• As a result of above, we have light (but strong) bones, more powerful heart and lungs, enhanced eyesight, and wings attached to our backs.  Yes, we can fly.
• Our wings are connected to the shoulder blades, separate from the arms, and with a wingspan of around 14 feet.
• My wings are gray and black, like an Osprey (Click the link to see a picture).  Raven's are solid black, with a slight blue sheen in the sunlight.
• We're all by ourselves out here, and there's no one else like us.
